A.Y.O SCOUTING (Athletic Youth Opportunity Scouting) revolutionizes scouting in Africa by simplifying recruiters’ work and creating new opportunities for talented young basketball players. With our extensive network of players and partner academies, we offer direct access to a certified database including measurements, age, highlight videos, and scouting reports. We also organize the high-level competition “A.Y.O LEAGUE,” as well as basketball camps and clinics to facilitate scouts’ decision-making.
Our Story
How We Created the AYO SCOUTING Platform
AYO SCOUTING was born out of the desire to develop basketball in Africa. The three founders, former professional basketball players, observed the challenges scouts faced in discovering and recruiting African athletes. To address these challenges, they created a digital platform aimed at simplifying the recruitment of young basketball players. Additionally, they organize competitions and basketball camps to offer more visibility to African talents.
